Ground and Air Transporting Service Licensing

To initiate a patient transport in Wyoming the service must hold a Wyoming Ambulance Business License (ABL).  To gain a license please follow the steps below.

1. The administrative contact who will complete the application creates an application in OWLS (Online Wyoming Licensure System)
2. The Service Director creates an account in OWLS
3. The Wyoming licensed Physician Medical Director creates an account in OWLS
4. Email the basic information for the service and we will build the service account
   1. Official service name
   2. Mailing Address
   3. Shipping address if different
   4. Confirmation that the above accounts are created
5. Once that is completed the application can be completed
6. Contact the OEMS to schedule Ambulance Inspection(s) and WATRS (Wyoming Ambulance Trip Reporting System) orientation
