About the Exam
The National Emergency Medical Services Educator Certification (NEMSEC) was created with the mission to set the standard by which all EMS Educators will be measured. One way we will accomplish our mission and to promote excellence in EMS education is to offer a certification for EMS education professionals through a valid and uniform process, which assesses the knowledge and skills associated with competent, relevant and structurally sound educational processes. In designing the National EMS Educators Certification examination, we sought to define the difference between entry level and mastery level EMS educators.
There is a fee of $150 to take the NEMSEC Exam. Payment is required at the time of application and is non-refundable.
Please fill out all of the required information in the event registration and attach all necessary accompanying documents. You will need to print and fill out the NEMSEC Exam application (found here) and attach that application to this digital registration, along with all other required documents. Once you have submitted ALL required documents, your application will be processed and you will be contacted regarding your acceptance.
If you have any questions about the NEMSEC Exam or the application/registration process, please contact Jarred Kallmann at email@example.com or call the office at (412) 343-4775.
