The Youth and Young Adult Health Program is working with Wyoming Medicaid and other state agencies to improve access to quality mental health care for children and youth in Wyoming. We encourage providers in the state to take advantage of the Partnership Access Line, which connects providers to child and adolescent psychiatrists at Seattle Children’s Hospital who provide expert consultation and support.
In 2024, the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Unit completed two separate needs assessment projects to inform and guide activities under the Pediatric Mental Health Care Access (PMHCA) grant.
