Currently, the MMPWG is looking for members! Members will work on the stated goals above, review and and approve funding for project applications that address recommendations from the MMRC organizations around the state, identify ways to target and share data coming out of the MMRC and brainstorm other ways to support the prevention of maternal mortality.
Skillsets for members should include, but are not limited to, nursing and healthcare, social work and mental health, non-profit work in various communities, and accounting and/or financial background, governmental , or other practical or real experience in the areas of need for maternal mortality and morbidity.
