Employees delivering participant-directed services are required to take the following trainings. Please complete a Participant-Directed Employee Evidence of Training Form for each training you complete and submit it to your employer. Your employer will be required to demonstrate your participation in each training upon the request of the Division.

Provider organizations may choose to develop their own training modules if their training covers the key elements of each topic specified in the Division module.
