The Developmental Disabilities Advisory Council (DDAC) advises the HCBS Section on rules, policies and procedures related to waiver programs and the statewide service delivery system for people with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. DDAC meeting are open to the public.

The public is invited to attend all Wyoming Developmental Disabilities Advisory Council (DDAC) meetings listed above.  In-person meetings are held in June and September at the Herschler Building – Capitol Extension Room 1, 122 West 25th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming.  Alternatively, all meetings may be attended virtually using the link below.

If you wish to provide public comment, please plan to attend the meeting in-full. Public comment may be verbal or written. Please note, there is a 5 minute time limit for verbal comments. All comments must be factual, objective, and pertain to items on the agenda. The agenda sets forth the order in which the Council considers each topic, but times are tentative. Agendas are made available one week prior to scheduled meetings.
