Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Why did we go online?
Each year, we look forward to hosting healthcare providers and partners at the Wyoming Immunization Conference to share the latest in vaccine management, administration, information, and get inspired together as a community.
As a result of the COVID-19 situation, we made the decision to transition the 2020 Wyoming Immunization Conference to an online event this year and cancel the live event in Casper. Despite the circumstances, we still want to provide several of the breakout sessions from the in-person event as web-on-demand sessions that will be posted to our website. The online conference will launch on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at 8:00 am MDT.
Q. Will the Wyoming Immunization Conference be rescheduled to another date?
A. We have no plans to reschedule the Wyoming Immunization Conference in Casper for 2020. While we are disappointed not to be gathering in Casper this year, we are excited to host the conference as an online experience. We will share additional updates soon. Please save the date for next year’s conference which will take place during the last week of April 2021.

Q. Will I still get CE credits for participating in online sessions?
