The Behavioral Health Division (Division) is seeking applications to provide outpatient and residential community mental health and substance use disorder treatment services in one (1) or more counties in Wyoming during State Fiscal Year 2027.
A provider is eligible to apply for this funding if the provider: 1) meets the definition of a Behavioral Health Center (BHC) under W.S. 35-1-613(a)(xvi); AND 2) is certified according to Chapter 2 of the Department of Health’s Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Services, Behavioral Health Service Provider Certification rules.
BHCs deliver a comprehensive set of mental health and substance use disorder services, that are responsive to community needs, either locally or through a formal written agreement with another provider. BHCs are expected to operate one (1) full time office in each county served that is staffed a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday, with on-call emergency services available.

Questions will be answered no later than January 16, 2026.
