
The WYhealth Program is a benefit you have through Wyoming Medicaid. The program focuses on wellness for the Wyoming Medicaid population as well as those with complex medical conditions. As part of the support we provide, your WYhealth Registered Nurse Care Manager will send information and resources to you through the mail.
