Find the programming you need in 3 steps:
- Get your assignment. The court decides what kind of education, treatment, or both, you need based on your situation. Don’t know what you need? Contact your probation officer. If you don’t have a probation officer, ask a Behavioral Health Division (BHD) Certified treatment provider for help.
- Search for education, treatment, or both. The place you go must be certified by the BHD. To find an approved provider, use the BHD provider search website. Make sure the “Substance Level 0.5 DUI (Driving Under Influence) Education” Service Offered drop-down filter is checked. You can narrow your search even more by setting the filter for location to the city you reside in or nearest to you.
- Enroll. When you find an approved provider from the directory, contact them. Their phone number will be provided on the right side of the screen. Ask about how to enroll in the education or treatment you need.
