Live On Playbook
Access Utah’s Live On playbook, a free, online suicide prevention training made for the general public. This course provides all the tools you need to help someone experiencing thoughts of suicide.
Free QPR Training
QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer, the three essential steps to help someone struggling with thoughts of suicide. Wyoming provides free access to a wide range of QPR courses for different populations to ensure that you can feel more confident and prepared to help a person at risk for suicide.

Local Efforts: The Community Prevention Grant
