NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND

Comprehensive and Supports Waiver Programs

Notice is hereby given that the Wyoming Department of Health, Division of Healthcare Financing (Division) intends to submit an application to amend the Comprehensive and Supports waiver programs to the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The Comprehensive and Supports waiver programs provide eligible individuals with a community-based alternative to the care provided in an institutional facility. The proposed amendment will reflect the reduction of provider reimbursement rates following the expiration of the American Rescue Plan Act, align the waiver with new Federal requirements, and add additional conflict-free case management requirements. The amendment application will have a proposed effective date of September 1, 2025.
