The purpose of the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Section is to provide community-based options to Wyoming citizens who are aging or have disabilities to live independent, meaningful, and dignified lives through choice and access to person-centered services. We believe when people live in this manner, individuals and communities benefit, and services are safer and more cost efficient. This purpose is accomplished through supporting community connections and decreasing barriers to service.
