To qualify you must live in Wyoming and be….
- A pregnant woman
- Breastfeeding a baby
- A woman who was pregnant in the last 6 months
- An infant or a child under 5 years old, and that includes foster children
Meet Income Guidelines…
If you are currently enrolled in some programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF then you automatically meet income for WIC.
And come to WIC to complete a health screening…
- Height and weight measurements
- Screening for anemia
- Health history
- Nutrition history
You have two easy options…
- Call your local WIC office to schedule your first appointment OR
- Fill out an online appointment request (Online appointment request form will not work in Internet Explorer web browser and in some versions of Fire Fox.)
Each person applying for WIC must be physically present at the time of the certification appointment (there are a few exceptions).
