Small Rural Hospital Improvement Grant Program (SHIP) – supports Wyoming’s small rural hospitals  (49 beds or less) in:

  • Value-Based Purchasing
  • Accountable Care Organizations
  • Shared Savings
  • Payment Bundling
  • Prospective Payment System Investment Activities
