The Wyoming State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW) supports several statewide health surveys. These surveys gather vital information on topics like substance use, mental health, tobacco, and related behaviors. Your feedback directly shapes community prevention programs, state health policy, and local public health funding across Wyoming. However, your participation in these surveys is always optional. Your answers to these surveys are combined with those of others to form group data.
If you have been contacted to participate in one of these surveys, you can use this page to confirm that the survey is legitimate, understand how participants are selected, and learn where to find published survey data.
