Learning Objectives
- Assess suicide risk in 8-10 minutes.
- Collaboratively devise a crisis response plan that may reduce suicide attempts by 76%.
- Adopt language for suicidal people that is respectful and non-judgemental.
- Discuss ambivalence and reasons for living with individuals.
- Assist adults and youths with suicidal symptoms in a collaborative, empowering way, anchored in their values and priorities.
- Provide brief interventions to deactivate the suicidal mode.
6 CE Credits Provided – To obtain continuing education credits, you must attend all three 2-hour sessions
