Condom Dispenser Program

Approved location may order condom dispensers or condoms for dispensers on the KnoWyo Shop. Please see the Prevention and Testing Supplies heading below.

Prevention and Testing Supplies

  • KnoWyo Shop – The KnoWyo Shop is CDU’s platform for distributing prevention supplies and materials. Eligible locations within the State of Wyoming must be pre-approved before orders will be fulfilled. Wyoming locations interested in ordering from the KnoWyo Shop may email cdusupplies@wyo.gov. Please review the item descriptions on the KnoWyo Shop, as some items have restrictions or additional eligibility criteria. Allow 3 weeks for delivery on all KnoWyo Shop items.

CDU Testing Recommendations

The CDU Testing Recommendations start with the national guidelines and are then tailored based on risk factors collected during interviews with positive cases in Wyoming. As a result, the CDU Testing Recommendations are specifically designed to address how infections are spreading and presenting within our state’s population. Laminated copies are available on the KnoWyo Shop; information regarding the KnoWyo Shop can be found on this page under the Prevention and Testing Supplies heading.

Navigation Assistance for PrEP/PEP and Hepatitis C Treatment Access

The Communicable Disease Unit contracts with the Colorado Health Network (CHN) for patients in need of assistance navigating PrEP/PEP access or hepatitis C treatment access. Navigation assistance includes both finding a prescriber and finding cost coverage assistance for the medication(s) when it is available.

The referral form can be completed by staff or patients can self-refer.
