New Enrollment Process
The Wyoming Cancer Program has updated the enrollment process for the breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screening programs. As of December 1, 2024, the WCP enrollment form must be completed and submitted by a healthcare provider by a healthcare provider or an authorized enrollment site.
