The Chronic Disease Prevention Program is working to bring together community-based organizations, healthcare and state programs to network and showcase what services they offer in communities across Wyoming. The goal of these events is to create connections and increase community referrals to improve the health and well-being of Wyoming residents. Previous events have been held in Lander, Laramie, Sheridan, Powell, Rock Springs, Casper, Gillette, Riverton, Cheyenne, Worland, Kemmerer, Evanston, and Newcastle.
