Library Blood Pressure Kit
The Chronic Disease Program and Wyoming Center on Aging regional coordinators have been working hard to get blood pressure kits into Wyoming’s local libraries. The kit is in a tackle box and can be checked out from the library just like a book. The kit includes a blood pressure cuff to check your blood pressure and a baggie of information and resources in the local community that the person may keep when they check out the kit. The kit also includes an American Heart Association booklet that gives instructions on how to take your blood pressure, what the numbers mean, and how to reduce your blood pressure.
