The purpose of this competitive application process is to select two (2) regional sites throughout Wyoming to coordinate local-level education, outreach, and community clinical linkages and assist with enrollment into the Wyoming Cancer Program (WCP) screening programs. The model proposed in this RFA supports the work outline in the Wyoming Cancer Control Plan. The selected applicant(s) will be required to hire and manage regional program personnel, provide necessary fiscal functions, and oversee all needed administrative and human resource support including staff training and collaboration with the WCP and various stakeholders.
