Clients’ families, friends and loved ones are encouraged to visit and maintain relationships with patients while they are hospitalized. In most cases, these relationships can potentially contribute to recovery of our clients. Our goal is to provide clients with the best care in a safe and compassionate environment. The following information will ensure that clients have an enjoyable visit while at the hospital:

Regular visitor hours

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Exceptions to regularly scheduled visiting hours can be made by the Treatment Team and will need prior approval
- Please contact the patient’s Treatment Team prior to your visit to ensure accommodations are in place.
- Check-in at at the Switchboard who will issue a visitor pass and give directions to where your visit will take place.
- Any visitor exhibiting signs of being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be allowed to visit.
- Any visitor who becomes belligerent or is deemed as being unsafe will be asked to leave.
- All visitors are subject to the rules and regulations of the Hospital, including the established search requirements and procedures for contraband detection. Any visitor who fails to comply with these rules and procedures will be asked to leave.
- Visitors are not allowed to bring any items, personal or otherwise, into the visitation area. This includes phones, keys, and any other items. Visitors must place all items in a locker provided for their use or return them to their vehicle before being allowed entry into the designated visitation area.
- Visitors are required to contact the social worker assigned to their loved one in advance to discuss visitation arrangements and any items they would like to bring during the visit. If a patient has too many items to be safely stored at the facility or if any restricted items are brought, items will be sent home with the visitor or disposed of.
