The Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division (Division), Early Intervention and Education Program, applications for biennial funding to provide regional services to infants, toddlers, and preschool children ages birth through 5 years of age with developmental disabilities or delays in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part B/619 and Part C, is currently CLOSED.
Applications will open again in 2027.
