Reporting an Induced Termination of Pregnancy (ITOP)

Pursuant to Wyoming Statute 35-6-131, physicians are required to submit to the Wyoming Department of Health an Induced Termination of Pregnancy Reporting Form within twenty (20) days after performing an abortion.
