Birth Records
Entitlement for Birth records means the registrant named on the certificate (if of legal age or an unemancipated minor with a signed affidavit), either parent named on the certificate, a legal guardian, or a lawyer representing either party. Members of the public are entitled after one hundred (100) years has lapsed.

Death Records
Entitlement for Death records means an immediate family member (parent, spouse, child over 18), a lawyer representing the immediate family or an entity paying a policy/death benefit on the decedent. Members of the public are entitled after fifty (50) years has lapsed.

Entitlement for Marriage or Divorce records means either spouse named, or a lawyer representing either spouse. Members of the public are entitled after fifty (50) years has lapsed.
