The Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division (Division), Early Intervention and Education Program, is accepting applications for biennial funding to provide regional services to infants, toddlers, and preschool children ages birth through 5 years of age with developmental disabilities or delays in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part B/619 and Part C. All interested applicants are required to submit a Letter of Intent indicating the ability to satisfy all assurance requirements. The Letter of Intent is due no later than August 31, 2023. Once the Letter of Intent has been received, the Division will provide the official application. Completed applications must be submitted to the Division no later than October 31, 2023. Funding will be awarded to selected applicants able to provide IDEA services in at least one of fourteen regional locations for both Part B/619 and Part C. Funding will be awarded through contracts beginning July 1, 2024, with a second year contract beginning July 1, 2025.
