Public Records Requests
The Office of Privacy, Security and Contracts (OPSC) processes requests made under the Wyoming Public Records Act. If you would like to request public records from the Wyoming Department of Health, submit your request in writing to the OPSC by mail at 401 Hathaway Building, Cheyenne, WY 82002 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
