Public Records Requests
The Office of Privacy, Security and Contracts (OPSC) processes requests made under the Wyoming Public Records Act. If you have questions about the process, please contact OPSC by email or by phone at (307) 777-8622.
Public records: If you would like to request public records from the Wyoming Department of Health, submit your request in writing to the OPSC by mail at 401 Hathaway Building, Cheyenne, WY 82002 or by email at wdh-publicrecords@wyo.gov.
Medical records: To request medical records, please send an email to wdh-hipaa@wyo.gov.
