Residents entering WRC must require nursing home care and direct admissions are permitted. All residents wishing to enter WRC must complete the required admission forms, and must be accepted by a physician associated with WRC. The WRC admission packet is available upon request.
Fees
- Semi-private rooms $309.75/day
- Private rooms $320.25/day
The daily fee includes 24-hour nursing care, meals, snacks, recreational activities, religious services, laundry service, shopping service (some restrictions may apply), personal trust account service and limited physical therapy provided by WRC’s restorative program.
The daily fee does not include prescription drugs, the cost of personal hygiene items or clothing, dry cleaning, specialized medical equipment or physical therapy provided by Gottsche Therapy Clinic. (Costs of physical therapy and specialized medical equipment are subject to Medicaid/Medicare rules and regulations.)
Persons who are not capable of paying the maximum maintenance fee may receive support from Wyoming Medicaid. Ability to pay does not affect the quality of care received by any resident.
Acceptance and Participation
Rules for acceptance and participation in the programs at the Wyoming Retirement Center are the same for everyone without regards to race, color, national origin, age, sex, or handicap.

Personal Belongings
Residents are welcome to bring their personal belongings and furnishings to WRC if they do not violate health and safety regulations or the rights of other residents. More information is available from the admissions coordinator.
When a resident leaves WRC, family members are encouraged to pick up personal belongings within 30 days of discharge.
