The American Rescue Plan (ARP), Small Rural Hospital Improvement Grant Program (SHIP) COVID-19 testing and mitigation grant supported seventeen (17) of Wyoming’s small rural hospitals with funding for testing and mitigation of COVID-19. The performance period was from January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2022. Due to delays created by supply line issues and shortages hospitals could apply for one year extensions through December 31, 2023. This extension application is not closed.
