The TPCP manages a statewide tobacco cessation program, Wyoming Quit Tobacco (WQT), that specifically serves Wyoming residents. The WQT offers the following:
- personalized quit plans,
- coaching support from trained quit coaches,
- 24/7 support and tools,
- free nicotine replacement therapies (patches, gum, lozenges), and
- free or low-cost medications that can help you quit.
These resources are proven to increase the success of your quit journey.
People who use WQT are 3 times more likely to quit.
Programs Offered Through WQT
Pregnancy and Post-Partum (PPP) Program
The WQT has a PPP Program to help pregnant and post-partum women quit tobacco. Quitting is important for your health and your baby’s health during and after pregnancy.
