The State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW) supports community-level and statewide data collection, surveillance, and analysis for substance abuse-related issues. The annual SEOW State Profile provides data related to consumption, consequence, and risk and protective factors across the state. The annual SEOW Community Profile compares these data between counties. Each county has its own set of fact sheets for alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and other related factors. Prevention specialists use these data to determine prevention priorities and track progress.
