We do better together.
We can better learn about and understand the issues impacting health when we work with residents and partners across the state. When it comes to state health assessment and improvement planning efforts, we have been working to engage across sectors, across counties, and across our department. Everyone has insight to contribute, experience to share, and knowledge to guide the path toward improving population health in our state.
When opportunities for engagement exist, we benefit from the collective wisdom. When we work together, we have better processes, decisions, and ultimately, incredible allies and partners to work with.
Thank you to the many residents, partners, and staff who have been involved, engaged, and passionate about making Wyoming a healthy place for all.
How Are We Engaging?
Many perspectives. Many points in the process.
The SHA/SHIP processes are involved and require many perspectives, at many points along the way. For us, engagement has taken many forms. View the slide below to learn more about what engagement has looked like throughout. As work continues, we will update this slide.
Have Ideas to Help Us Improve?
We want to hear them.
If you have ideas for how we can improve our engagement efforts, share them with us! You can contact Lisa Wordeman, performance improvement manager (interim), at firstname.lastname@example.org or 307-777-8950, to give us your feedback.
