The Wyoming Cancer Program has an electronic request form for providers to submit billing issues to the program.
This form is not to check on claim status. Please contact CNSI Provider Services for claim status questions at 1.888.996.6223.
This form was created for billing issues such as a claim has been submitted to the Wyoming Medicaid Portal several times without success and technical assistance has been given but claims are not still not processed for payment.
Please submit one form for each billing issue. The link to the form is here.
Please allow 3-4 business days for a staff member to contact you regarding this request. Please do not send duplicate requests on the same client or issue.
