Birth records are on file since July 1909. Death records are on file since July 1909. Marriage and divorce records are on file since May 1941.

Family Tree and Other Historical Requests

After fifty years (50 years) from the date of the event these records may be obtained by anyone providing enough information to locate the record in question.  After one hundred years (100 years) birth certificates will be located and distributed, if enough information is provided.

The Wyoming State Archives issues copies of these records at substantially reduced fees.
