Download Surveillance Report -  updated to reflect surveillance data through 12/31/2007- remember where you downloaded this file on your hard drive.  Once you've installed Acrobat Reader, open this file with the Viewer.

Problems when Printing?:  If you notice that words run together when you print the report in Adobe, try selecting the print option of "Print as Image" or "Print as Bitmaps".  This seems to fix the problem.  If problem continues, go to www.adobe.com for additional solutions for this problem.
