      Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Hotline - the OIG maintains a hotline which offers a confidential means for reporting vital information regarding fraud, waste, and mismanagement in any Department of Health and Human Services program.

      Long-Term Care Ombudsman (responsibilities of and contact information).  The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program assists residents of long-term care facilities in protecting their health, safety, welfare, and rights.  They work to resolve individual resident issues.

      Medicaid Fraud Control Unit - Investigates and prosecutes Medicaid provider fraud and patient abuse and neglect in Medicaid-funded facilities.  (Under the direction of the Wyoming Attorney General.)
