Wyoming Client Information System (WCIS)

The Wyoming Client Information System (WCIS) is a web-based data collection and reporting system which allows Wyoming's Mental Health and Substance Abuse providers to input client demographics, client services, client outcome and performance data. Data is used to generate reports which support the Division's Federal Block Grant Programs for Mental Health and Substance Abuse services, National and Wyoming Outcome Measures, and contract management and monitoring processes. Providers can enter their data using online data entry forms and uploading data from their local information systems.
