Wyoming Positive Community Norms Campaign

The Positive Community Norms Campaign was initiated to meet Wyoming’s needs to change community norms regarding adult binge drinking and underage alcohol use as a way of changing current use rates to produce outcomes for the Prevention Framework Grant.  Several prevention professionals recommended this approach as one of the few research based models to offer actual results as well as a positive message for communities.
