Guidelines for being listed as a smoke-free restaurant!
Guidelines for being listed as smoke-free include the following:
- Inside area of restaurant must be 100% smoke-free at all times.
- Carryout or fast food restaurants without seating areas are not listed.
- Restaurants that have an adjoining bar or smoking area where smoking is permitted are not listed unless the bar and/or smoking area is separate, fully enclosed, and on a separate ventilation system.
