Reclaiming Wyoming: A Comprehensive Blueprint for Prevention, Early Intervention and Treatment of Substance Abuse
The Wyoming Legislature passed House Bill 83 (HB 83) requiring the Department of Health to study substance abuse programs and develop a ""detailed, comprehensive plan"" for prevention, early intervention, and treatment of substance abuse in Wyoming. The Substance Abuse Division of the Department of Health presented the Comprehensive Substance Abuse Blueprint to the Legislative Subcommittee on Substance Abuse, as required by HB 83.
