Wyoming Quit Tobacco Program or 1-800-QUIT-NOW

The Wyoming Department of Health, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Division, wants you to know the Wyoming Quit Tobacco Program or 1-800-QUIT-NOW will have a new vendor as of July 1, 2009. We will be changing vendors from The American Cancer Society (ACS) to Healthways as of June 30, 2009.

If you are already enrolled with the American Cancer Society for counseling or financial assistance with tobacco cessation medication, the American Cancer Society will honor your enrollement and fill your counseling and voucher needs.

If you want support and education about qutting tobacco, the wy.quitnet.com web based program and couselors will be available at all times.

If you need assistance with cessation medications through the 1-800-Quit-Now program, financial assistance through a voucher system will be available to you beginning July 1, 2009.
