Wyoming Covering Kids Coalition
The Wyoming Covering Kids Coalition was formed in 1999 to oversee Wyoming’s Covering Kids grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, which was administered by the Wyoming Department of Health.
The Covering Kids grant ended June 30, 2002. At that time the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation launched a second 4-year grant that aimed to enroll eligible families – not just kids. The Wyoming Covering Kids Coalition received the Covering Kids and Families grant from July 1, 2002 until June 30, 2006.
Now that both of the Covering Kids grants have ended, Wyoming's Covering Kids Coalition is in the process of restructuring itself to meet the current healthcare needs of Wyoming's children and families. Our next meeting is scheduled for April 20, 2007.
