The Office of HIPAA Compliance works to:

• Assure agency compliance with federal and state laws related to privacy and confidentiality
• Provide leadership and direction regarding privacy and security
• Develop and administer department privacy and security policies
• Receive and address complaints from clients and staff regarding privacy practice violations
