Child Health

Child Health resides within the Maternal and Child Health Unit, Public Health Division of the Wyoming Department of Health. The purpose of the Child Health Program is to facilitate access to screening and to promote physical health for children ages 1-11.

Funding for Child Health primarily comes from the Maternal and Child Health Title V Block Grant and the Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Grant. Programs are implemented at the local level by Safe Kids Wyoming, Head Start, and other partners.
