Case Managers can now reset their password in the EMWS.  Instructions are provided.

October 3, 2012

Quarterly Review form in EMWS is now working.  All dates are correct.

The process for completing the Quarterly Review is as follows: Task - Quarterly Review - Completed Quarterly Review - Complete.

October 2, 2012

Quarterly Review form in EMWS is incorrect.  IT is fixing the problem and we anticipate in 48 hrs or less the correct dates to be available.

You are reporting on July, Aug, and Sept - due October 31. 

Please check back in 48 hrs to complete your Quarterly.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

WHEN UPLOADING TO “DOCUMENT LIBRARY”  in the EMWS - notify your Participant Support Specialist via email or phone as they will not know you have uploaded a document.

Case Managers can now submit Goods & Services request in the form of a modification and it will not go to “Pending MMIS”.

August 2, 2012 - ENHANCEMENT 


Printed Plan of Care now has:

·         Header includes waiver, participant's name & plan dates

·         Footer includes date printed and page number.

·         Formatting changes to Needs, Risks, and Restrictions pages 

·         All team members will see a protocol has been included and the format of this section is a little easier to read

·         Case Managers still need to print the protocol document separately and distribute to team members, but all team members will now know to look for it


July 31, 2012 – ENHANCEMENT 

·         Case Manager Supervisor and Delegate added to EMWS 

·         Supervisors that wish to oversee case files and Delegates that assist Case Managers by typing plans of care and uploading documents can now be added to the EMWS

·         If you have a Supervisor or Delegate you would like added to the EMWS – complete this form and submit via secure email to or fax to 307-777-6047 Attn:  Beverly Swistowicz 

·         Supervisor and Delegate will be notified via email by BHD Training Coordinator when added to the EMWS; if username and password required, those will be sent via secured email.   Password must be reset immediately after logging in the first time.

·         NOTE:  Delegates CANNOT submit anything to the Division.  Case Manager is responsible for all submissions.

July 23, 2012 – ENHANCEMENT 

·         Case managers should now receive on their task list 90 days prior when a psychological evaluation expires
