Aging Division

Our Mission
The Wyoming Department of Health's Aging Division exists to provide a flexible and responsive continuum of services that enables Wyoming's senior citizens to age-in-place with maximum dignity and independence.
The Aging Division has the challenge to meet this mission in a state that is sparsely populated, and geographically diverse. Human services are thinly spread and often not available in individual communities. The Division gladly rises to meet that challenge with an ever growing list of providers of Older American Act, Medicaid, and grant funded services.
To the left are links to various areas within the Division. Click on those links that are of interest to you.
